Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using reddotlaser.com ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

• Ordering Personalized Items: When ordering personalized items, please ensure that all information you provide, including names, dates, text, and images, are accurate and complete. We are not responsible for errors in personalization due to incorrect information provided by you. We reserve the right to refuse any personalization that we deem inappropriate, offensive, or infringing on intellectual property rights

• Proofing and Approval: For all personalized gifts, you will receive an email from Red Dot Laser with a proof of your design. **Proof approval is required before production can begin.** You must approve the proof by replying to the email. Any changes requested after proof approval may incur additional charges and delay production. If we do not receive proof approval within five business days, we will attempt to contact you. If we still do not hear from you within five days after that, we may, at our discretion, cancel the order and issue a refund (minus any design work completed). 

• Payment: Payment for all orders is due at the time of purchase. We accept the following payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Venmo, PayPal, Zelle, and Square. 

• Production and Shipping: Most items ship within 3-5 business days after proof approval. This timeframe is an estimate and not a guarantee. We are not responsible for delays in production or shipping caused by events outside of our control, such as carrier delays, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.
